About the opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned and passionate Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design efforts for our suite of digital products. With over 4 years of experience, you will take ownership of the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to final, high-fidelity, pixel-perfect delivery. You will create intuitive, user-centric experiences for both responsive web applications and native mobile apps, ensuring brand consistency and usability across all platforms.

- Experience: 4+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing launched mobile and web applications. Design Tools: Expert proficiency in Figma (preferred), Sketch, or Adobe XD. Prototyping: Extensive experience in creating high-fidelity, interactive prototypes to demonstrate interaction flows. Design Principles: Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of HTML/CSS/JS capabilities and limitations. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. Ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders. Nice to Have Experience with motion design/micro-interactions (Principle, After Effects). Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. What We Offer
